How are the
announcements printed?
All of our products are professionally printed at a photo lab on high
quality Kodak Endure photographic paper.
What is
your return policy?
At Pumpkin Noodle Designs our customer satisfaction is of the utmost
importance. We are aware certain circumstances may necessitate a
cancellation of an order. There will be no fee on orders cancelled within
24hrs of initially placement. However, a $40 cancellation fee will be
applied to all orders terminated after the 24hr grace period.
Do you
accept photographs instead of digital images?
We currently do not accept mail orders. However, you can turn your photos
into digital copies by scanning them into your computer. Please scan the
pictures
at
600dpi, for the best resolution.
Once your photo is in a digital format, you can then e-mail us the .jpeg
file as an attachment.
Can I use
photographs from a professional photographer?
You may, but only if you have written copyright license from the
photographer. By submitting your order, you are agreeing to having obtained
written consent from your photographer permitting use to use the photos.
Do I have
to pay extra postage for 5 x 5" size photo announcements?
Yes. An additional postage is needed for square envelopes. Check with the US
Postal Service for the current
postage
rates.
Do I have
to pay extra postage for 5 x 7" size announcements?
No, just a regular First Class postage stamp is needed.
How many
pictures should I send for you to choose from?
Please only
send 6-8 copies of your favorite pictures. Let me know if you prefer any
particular pictures over the rest.
Do you
provide extra envelopes with my order?
Yes. Each order comes with two extra envelopes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we currently don’t ship outside the U.S.
Is there an extra charge for editing my
photographs?
No, there
is no additional charge!
What’s
the difference between hard and soft copies?
Hard
copies
refer to the tangible photo cards. When choosing this option, your cards are
professionally printed and the finished product will be mailed to you via
USPS Priority Mail (2-3
days) and is a flat rate of $7.
Envelopes are included with this option. Soft copies refer to the
digital copy of the card design. When choosing this option, we e-mail you
the high quality .jpg file. You can print directly from this email. To buy
the soft copy
there is a one-time design
fee of $25. Keep in mind when choosing this option, we do not provide you
with any paper or envelopes.
Can I
print them myself?
If you prefer printing them yourself you can.
There is a one-time design fee of $25. We will send you a high quality .jpg
file via email. You can print directly from this e-mail. Print as many or as
few as you'd like; just indicate your printing preference when checking out.
We do not provide any paper or envelopes if you choose to print them
yourself.
